By using these services, you acknowledge that you have agreed to become a party to and legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or otherwise use these services. Payment is due no later than 24 hours before scheduled appointment. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal as well as ‘direct’ payments through PayPal. Being a PayPal member is not required.

If agent, homeowner, property manager, builder, business owner etc. is not present at the time of the photo shoot, and the client has made no prior requests regarding shot selection, the shots taken will be at the discretion of the photographer. SpotLight Virtual Tours will process each photograph and virtual tour into a panoramic virtual tour image unless MediaCarrot deems it to the agent’s or homeowner’s best interest to not exhibit a particular image. This may be the result of poor lighting, bad weather, decrepit or unclean room or scene, etc. Standard Photoshop processing will be included in the price of the photo shoot. Standard Photoshop processing includes color correction, lighting and levels adjustment, minor flaw correction, and distortion adjustment. Any other Photoshop processing above and beyond requested by the client will be charged $50 an hour.

A virtual tour will be posted to the SpotLight Virtual Tours website only upon receiving required information. This information includes but is not limited to: MLS number, asking price, address, square footage, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, property name, and floor plans. SpotLight Virtual Tours is not responsible for any delays that are the result of missing or incorrect information. The virtual tour will become inactive after a date specified at purchase. The virtual tour can be reactivated at any time. SpotLight Virtual Tours reserves the right to charge an annual fee (upon client notification) for any tour that is hosted by SpotLight Virtual Tours beyond the initial hosting agreement period.

All images and media are the sole property of SpotLight Virtual Tours. SpotLight Virtual Tours reserves all rights to these images, media and content. All images and media are made available to client until the property is sold, listing expires or unless otherwise specified in writing.

The following events will result in a cancellation fee: The agent, homeowner, property manager, builder, business owner must be present at the scheduled time of the tour (unless otherwise arranged with SpotLight Virtual Tours). The property must be clean and presentable at the scheduled time of the tour. The client must provide the valid address of the home at tour purchase. Any cancellations due to weather, except for extreme circumstances such as a flood, fire, earthquake, etc. A client may reschedule a photo shoot but must do so more than twenty-four hours prior to the originally scheduled time or they will be assessed a cancellation fee. A client may substitute one home for another home in the same area, but must do so more than five business hours prior to the originally scheduled time or they will be assessed a cancellation fee.

The SpotLight Virtual Tours photographer will shoot the home as-is. That is, they will not move objects, straighten or dust objects, open or shut windows or doors, etc. The photographer will, however, turn lighting on or off and open or shut blinds if it results in better images. Once the photographer has photographed a home, the tour may not be cancelled. The client will be charged the full price of the tour. If a client is not happy with the photographs taken of a home, he or she may request a reshoot within 30 days of ordering the tour. If in agreement with the client the photographer will come and take pictures of the same home for a nominal “reshoot fee”. After 30 days, the full tour price will be charged.

SpotLight Virtual Tours reserves all rights to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your personal information and your client’s personal information will be kept private;
SpotLight Virtual Tours will never sell, or share, the information of “our customers” or “your customers”.

    "SpotLight Virtual Tours work! We sold a model home within eight weeks of posting the tour to a couple from New York. They made the decision to buy the home in Huntsville largely based on viewing the virtual tour. When they saw it in person the contract was written and the home sold the same day! Thanks Brett!"
