SpotLight Virtual Tours offers TxT Connect
I’m excited to announce that SpotLight Virtual Tours text message based lead capture system called SpotLightVT TxT Connect is now live!
If you want to reach the younger generation (Generation “X” and “Y”) with your marketing you must include mobile phone text messaging. Lower all barriers to the information about your properties and give young buyers what they want and do it automatically, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
Here’s a brief description of how the system works:
- The agent enters the property details into the system. The information is associated with a property code.
- A sign rider is then added to the For Sale sign, giving a phone number and the property code.
- The buyer texts the code on the sign to the phone number. This happens at the exact point of interest of the buyer.
- Momentarily the buyer gets a text message back from the system with the property details. Optionally the message can include a link to media including interior photos of the property for those buyers who have smart-phones.
- The agent is notified that she has a new lead. Leads can be managed from the web interface.
