SpotLight Virtual Tours just made 2D floor plans even more informative and compelling. We combine the floor plan with beautiful photographs of your home which brings properties to life and helps viewers visualize them more accurately. If you also order a virtual tour of the property we will also integrate the floor plan into the virtual tour.

The cost per plan will vary depending on the square footage of the home and our floor plan products on this page are intended for real estate only. - Full service floor plans start at $79 for properties up to 2000 square feet.
- “Sketch and Fax” floorplans start at just $40 for properties up to 2000 square feet when you supply either a blueprint or hand drawn sketch.
